Analyzed, developed, and implemented the strategic plan for a customer
care and billing vendor. The plan involved helping them define the functionality
that was required to adapt a cable-only customer care tool to be able
to provision and bill for data services and telephony services. It also
involved helping the client adapt its application to serve the international
market, moving it from an architecture that was 100 percent service
bureau to one that included a stand-alone product based on a client
server solution.
