Client: A top 5 North American Cable Operator

Developed a Request For Proposal for a cable television operator to select a customer care and billing system to support cable television, data-over-cable, internet, and telephony functionality. In addition, this project led to the definition of a corporate-wide IT strategy including financial systems, e-mail, and the development of an Information Technology architecture. The RFP project included interviews of senior executives and many management personnel, and included several site visits.
